Minister Kelvin Felder

Minister Kelvin Felder has been working with children and youth for over 20 years. He has been employed with the Texas Youth Commission, where he was responsible for supervising youth who made the wrong decisions that caused them to be incarcerated. Mr. Felder also worked for Juvenile Services of Brazos County, where he supervised youth who were headed down the wrong path. In his current employment, Mr. Felder is well known as an ISS teacher and coach with College Station Independent School District. Mr. Felder is well-known, and the staff is highly dependent on him to help the children and youth they place in his care. Mr. Felder is well-known by all who meet him as being someone who truly cares about children and his desire to help them does not go un-noticed.
